Envision Canada
Envision Canada launched in 2016 by The Alliance Canada to be a catalyst for the next generation of Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, Mission-focused emerging leaders. As a resource of The Alliance, Envision helps to identify, equip, and launch future missional leaders who innovate, establish, and strengthen communities of faith in Canada and around the world. They do this by connecting young adults to unique experiences that prepare them for global careers, church leadership, and the deeper life with Jesus.

GRIP-Birkman
The GRIP-Birkman is an online assessment that allows you to examine your natural and supernatural DNA from over fifteen unique vantages, providing exhaustive depth for discovery. The assessment is broken down into two sections which look at one’s supernatural empowerment from the Holy Spirit and also natural behaviours. The goal is to help you gain a better understanding of God’s design both naturally and supernaturally for you individually, your team, and your organization.
