The CCD Team

  • Shane Gould - District Superintendent

Shane was elected DS and joined the CCD team in August 2023. Previously serving a local church in our District as Senior Pastor for 12 years, and in various roles within the Central and the Pacific Districts since 1994, Shane has a heart to serve the church and see it renewed in the ministry of God’s Word and the Holy Spirit. To that end, he is currently working towards a doctorate of ministry. Shane and his wife Linda have three children. At home, he enjoys reading history over a good dark roast coffee and has a passion for tidiness! He quite enjoys using gas powered tools to keep his yard in shape. Although he’s serious about his work, he likes to laugh and brings an easy-going vibe to the office.

  • Regan Neudorf - Director of New Ventures

Regan joined the CCD Team in January 2018, and currently serves as our Director of New Ventures. In the 15 years prior, Regan worked in creative arts and youth ministries and was the youth pastor at Gateway Church in Caledonia. Regan loves to walk alongside people and churches looking to partner with Jesus in new ways, and when he’s not working he loves playing and listening to music, riding his bike, swimming, reading autobiographies written by comedians and musicians and family adventures with his wife and three kids. If cost and calories were not an issue, Regan would eat ice cream for every meal and there's nothing more therapeutic for him than sweeping the floor or building a Lego set after a stressful day.

  • Tiffany Turner - Director of Finance

Tiffany joined the CCD Team in December 2017 and not only serves the District but also the Cama Woodlands Long Term Care home as Director of Finance. In her current role as Director of HR, she is utilizing her education and certification in the field of human resources to consult with churches, deliver training and workshops, and develop resources. Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband while walking their dogs, visits to the library with her kids, and curling up on the couch with a strong cup of tea and a historical fiction novel.

  • Rachel MacCormack - Executive Assistant to the District Superintendent

Rachel joined the CCD team in September 2023 to serve and support the District Superintendent, staff team and CCD ministries with office administration. She has been devoted to serving the Church in ministry for many years including leading various prayer ministries and co-ordinating our Soul Care Conference. Some of Rachel’s fave’s are the outdoors, especially in sweater weather, foreign food and fun games, these most often include her husband and kids. In the fall, you may find Rachel camouflaged in autumn colours eating something maple!

  • Ilana Lobbezoo - Missions Mobilizer and Youth Catalyst

Ilana joined the CCD Team in February 2022, though she and her husband, Bill, have been part of the district as International Workers in Cambodia for the past 25 years. Ilana and Bill have two adult daughters who also reside in Ontario. As the child of missionaries herself, Ilana is a “Third Culture Kid” and loves all things international. She speaks Spanish and Khmer languages and still would call Cambodia her second home. She is committed to doing all she can to provide access to Jesus where few or none have heard, which in this season of life means communicating and facilitating pathways for churches and individuals to go into all the world and make disciples. Our International Workers hold a special place in her heart and she is passionate about caring for and supporting our IW families. Ilana will always choose authentic Asian or Latino food when the option is available. She loves to bake, travel, sing and take in a good play or movie.
