Planting A Church
It is assumed that the formation of a faith community is a move of God's Spirit. These steps exist as markers which help address practical questions and concerns when beginning the work toward a new church.
Idea Phase: Phase involves conversations, dreams and prayers about a potential faith community
Initial Conversation
This is an opportunity to affirm the new venture and consider the vision, concept, leadership and key needs moving forward. This meeting involves Denominational leadership, partnership churches and key New Venture leaders. (First Meeting Report)
Exploration Phase: This phase involved pulling together leadership, vision and partners.

Leadership - Affirming leadership of this new venture through approval for ministry process and resources
Vision - Putting together a vision document that communicates the conviction behind a new church start.
Partners - Connecting with churches, associations and individuals who support this new start.
