Senior Pastor

Within our structure the senior Pastor is the employee of the church.  The Elders do not wish to manage the pastor’s duties but instead establish ends to which the pastor should be working.  Eventually this will be done in co-operation with the senior pastor but at this time it falls to the Elders to establish these ends.  As such, the following is a list of outcomes that our new pastor should be working toward. How he accomplishes these is part of his role as the Senior Pastor.
