• Participate in a LICENSING INTERVIEW

Getting Placed in a Ministry Position

• Check out MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
• Send an email copy of your RESUME to Brent Farquhar
• Your resume is sent to local church SEARCH COMMITTEES for matching ministry opportunities Local church search committees contact you which may result in an interview, candidating opportunity and call to serve

Moving on to Ordination

• Access ORDINATION PACKET (see below)- Schedule/book List and Guidelines for Completing Ordination projects
• Get connected to a MENTOR
• Complete BOOK REPORTS and THEOLOGICAL PAPERS
• Mail in recorded SERMONS
• Participate in an ORDINATION INTERVIEW
• Plan and conduct ORDINATION SERVICE

Growing in Leadership

• Pursue Continuing Education Opportunities
• Participate in a leadership NETWORK
• Secure a ministry COACH
• Complete an annual HEALTH CHECK-UP and PERSONAL GROWTH PLAN
